Introduction

GNU VCDImager is a full-featured mastering suite for authoring, disassembling and analyzing Video CDs and Super Video CDs.

The following features are available so far (some features are only available in the latest alpha snapshots):

Downloading

GNU VCDImager can be found on in the subdirectory /gnu/vcdimager/ on your favorite GNU mirror. For other ways to obtain GNU VCDImager, please read How to get GNU Software.

Precompiled binaries and alpha versions are available at the Bleeding Edge GNU VCDImager Page.

Request an Enhancement

If you would like any new feature to be included in future versions of GNU VCDImager, please send either a request to <bug-vcdimager@gnu.org> or use the Savannah Support Manager (prefered way) for submitting a feature enhancement requests.

Please remember that development of GNU VCDImager is a volunteer effort, and you can also contribute to its development. For general information about contributing to the GNU Project, please read How to help GNU.

Report a Bug

If you think you have found a bug in GNU VCDImager, then you should either send as complete a report as possible to <bug-vcdimager@gnu.org> or use the Savannah Support Manager (prefered way) for submitting a bug report.

You can also submit patches which fix bugs or implement feature enhancements by using the Savannah Patch Manager.
