Use send-pr to submit Problem Reports to the database.
send-pr is a shell script which composes a template for
submitters to complete.
You can invoke send-pr from a shell prompt, or from within
GNU Emacs using ‘M-x send-pr’ (see section Submitting Problem Reports from Emacs.)
