AX_TRILINOS_THYRA_EPETRAEXT([, ACTION-IF-FOUND [, ACTION-IF-NOT-FOUND]])
Checks if the Thyra/EpetraExt adapters were compiled with Trilinos. When ACTION-IF-NOT-FOUND is not specified, the default behavior is for configure to fail.
