Hi,
  In the gnatsweb Edit-pr is giving problems. When i tried to submit the
edit it gives an error page like this,

"PR category/pr# is locked by gnats

 The PR has not been changed. If this problem persists contact a Gnats
administrator."

THIS IS THE ERROR I'M GETTING. I HAVE TRIED POSTING THIS QUESTION PREVIOUSLY
BUT THERE WAS NO
RESPONSE. PLEASE IF SOMEONE OF U R AWARE OF THE SOLUTION DO EMAIL ME BECAUSE
WE STARTED USING
GNATS IN OUR COMPANY AND NOW THIS PROBLEM COMES SOMEHOW.
